HTML5 Glitch

I've come across a HTML5 glitch/bug when using a 'hide layer' trigger.

Basically, the base layer timeline is paused after one second and a layer is shown on click of an object, a trigger is then set to hide the layer when the learner clicks an object in the layer, but it resumes the timeline on the base layer.

I've been playing around with all sorts of options, but it is the 'hide layer' trigger that causes the timeline to resume.

This only happens when using HTML5, using Flash/Preview mode works as expected.

As far as I'm aware, this issue hasn't been sorted. However, is there any advice anyone could give in order to work around this issue?

Hi, Alex -- Thanks for reaching out here! Would it be possible to take a look at your file, please, so we can do some testing? I'd like to confirm whether or not what you are reporting is an issue that has already been submitted to our QA team for additional investigation.

All you'd need to do is click on the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box and upload from there.

Or, may also send your file for private offline review using this form.

Hi, Alex -- I appreciate your confirmation, and I will go ahead and add your forum post to the ticket for the same issue that is already in with our Quality Assurance Team for review. Although I do not have a workaround or a timeframe to provide in which this issue may be resolved, I will be sure to share any additional information or updates here as I receive them.
