I have created a course in SL 360 with an OTF font called Bodoni. In preview mode and on my computer, it looks fine, but on my mobile device it looks like something a serial killer created. The Bodoni font I'm using is a serif font but on my phone, it appears to be a mixture of serif and non-serif. This is a mobile-first course and it's the font the client wanted.
Do you know if you're on the most recent update of Storyline 360? We've released some fixes to font issues in HTML5, so you'll want to make sure you are on the latest update.
Also, can you tell me more about the mobile device you're using?

Yikes! That's a scary mental image. 😉

I'm using SL 360 v3.6.11979.0. The device I tested on is a Nexus 5X with Android 7.1.2 and Chrome.
Hi Keari. Do you have any variable text references in your slides (places where your learners' inputted text appears)? Variable text references will default to the system fonts on the device on which the course is played.
Also, are you able to share you .story file for us to test?
