Thanks for sharing the file with us. I did some testing and also had one of my colleagues take a look at this file. After doing a series of tests to remove the text, audio, buttons, formatting, etc. and trying each set up individually my colleague was able to narrow it down to a known issue with HTML5 and scrolling panels that have a large amount of text within them causes all the text to not appear. We've reported this to our QA team, and currently the work around is to split the text up into multiple text boxes. You may also want to look at using layers instead for showing the definitions to help you cut down on the text within the text box.
No worries Steve - and I'm glad we were able to help figure it out for you. I've added this thread to the QA report, so I'll be back in touch when we have some additional information to share.

Hi Steve,
Can we take a look at your .story file? Or even just this one slide with the scroll panel.
Absolutely, but it will need to wait for Monday
Here is the glossary .story file. Thank you for your interest!

Thank you so much, Ashley. These are great workarounds. At least I know it isn't some dumb mistake on my part

It worked! I split my glossary into two sections. Now the text works beautifully. Pass it on
Thanks for the update Steve!
