HTML5 not working in Chrome 44 (latest update)

We will have software updates available soon. In the meantime, please view this article explaining the situation and interim workarounds.

We have released updates to Storyline 1, Storyline 2, and Studio '13 to address this issue. Please see this post for more information or utilize the "check for updates" option in the software.

Hi Mary, 

The Articulate Updater for Chrome has been released and scans and updates your published courses so HTML5 output will work in Google Chrome 44 and later. (For new courses, install the latest update for your authoring app.) 

You can read the directions here on how to use the updater for Storyline.

No problem Mary - and that updater is just for previously published courses - any new courses that you have yet to publish, you'll just want to do so using the latest update.

Any update on the its been 6 month? Chrome running storyline 2 html5 still has so many issue.

Thanks for checking in. Our team has been keeping an eye on this issue within the Chrome bug database, and it looks like they've fixed it in an upcoming release of Android Chrome.
