I've attached a simple storyline course. Basically there's one page of content containing a number of data entry fields and a couple of blank pages either side.
The problem I've found only seems to be present when viewing the HTML5 content in Edge and IE browsers. If I put some data in the fields, move away from the page, then go back, the data is all mixed up!
Unfortunately, Neil, Storyline 2 does not support HTML5 in IE nor does it support Edge. If you scroll down on this page, you can see the list of browsers supported for published output using Storyline 2:
