HTML5 Output Layer Issues

Mar 24, 2016

I have a slide that has multiple layers that include state changes associated with the trigger buttons. It works as expected in the web output but when viewing on a mobile device, it only allows 1 layer to be revealed (regardless of which layer) and the rest become inactive.

I tried searching for a similar issue but haven't found anything close. Is this a known issue with anyone?

Any insight would help. Thank you!

Hi, Darren -- Thanks for reaching out, and so sorry to hear of your difficulties! It would be helpful if we could check out your file itself, if possible. Options to share include: uploading it here in the thread so others in the community can chime in to assist. All you'd need to do is click on the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box and upload from there.

You may also send your file for private offline review by using this form. :)

Robert de la Cuesta seemed to have figured out the issue. Each of the layers I was speaking of had a hotspot button to hide to layer as well as a designated 'close' button to hide the layer. Although it worked fine on a pc, mobile viewing didn't like it. Got rid of the hotspot and just left the one 'close' button and it's working now! Thank you all!
