HTML5 Output Layer Issues

I have a slide that has multiple layers that include state changes associated with the trigger buttons. It works as expected in the web output but when viewing on a mobile device, it only allows 1 layer to be revealed (regardless of which layer) and the rest become inactive.
I tried searching for a similar issue but haven't found anything close. Is this a known issue with anyone?
Any insight would help. Thank you!

Thanks, Darren, and your case #00764395 has been received! I will reply as soon as possible from within your case with my findings. :)
Robert de la Cuesta seemed to have figured out the issue. Each of the layers I was speaking of had a hotspot button to hide to layer as well as a designated 'close' button to hide the layer. Although it worked fine on a pc, mobile viewing didn't like it. Got rid of the hotspot and just left the one 'close' button and it's working now! Thank you all!
Excellent news, Darren! Many thanks for sharing your update, as it could help others who come across this thread in the future. :)
Thanks for popping in with an update Darren and for sharing the solution with the community.
