Using the Player menu, I added both HELP and Resources to the top left hand corner of the player.
Module was published to ScormCloud LMS with HTML5 selected in publishing features.
I am using both the HELP and Resource features ( Player Menu). If I use a regular browser ( IE, Chrome, Firefox) Help and Resources both appear. If I use an Ipad to preview content, HELP does not appear. I tried deleting HELP, Saving, Adding Help again, saving. No difference. Help still does not appear in iPad.
Currently, custom tabs aren't supported in Storyline's HTML5 output. And even though you'll notice that the Resources tab is documented as not being supported in this comparison matrix, I think because you moved it to the top-left menu, you were able to have it appear. As HTML5 continues to mature, these limitations may eventually be lifted, and we're working hard to optimize Storyline's content for all output options.
