When viewed on an iPad (HTML5, not AMP), the player is slightly larger than the iPad's screen. That is, right edge and bottom edge are truncated. I've tried both player settings (scale player to fill, and lock player at optimal size), but get the same result both ways. Anyone else having a problem with this?
This is a known issue with the iPad player for SL.
One solution some of us have found is to move the player functions into the content area, however, this requires a great deal of customization of the published output.
Another solution is to reduce the size of your story, however, this may require some rework of your content, but is easier (less technical) that the previous solution. Once you reduce your story dimensions, publish, test, repeat until it fits correctly.
I see this issue (lower and right edges slightly cut-off) on our LMS when using the index_lms.html launch pages, but not when using the story.html launch pages. The problem is, completion status (based on slides viewed) does not update when using the story.html pages.
The majority of the sizing issues when viewing HTML5 content were fixed in update 4, but I have heard similar reports in relation to earlier versions of Moodle not scaling correctly, but the newest version 2.6 works as expected. If you're in another LMS, you may also want to test it by publishing with update 4 and loading at SCORM Cloud to see if the scaling behavior continues, and if not you'll want to connect with your LMS team.
We're not using Moodle. I did try out SCORM Cloud and the result is still cut off. It's slight (the buttons are still functional) but noticeable. Below is the screen capture from the module deployed in SCORM Cloud.

Hi Russ! Are you running iOS7? If so, this is a known issue as Dennis mentioned.
Yes, thanks. Let's hope there is a speedy resolution to this.
Absolutely!

And yes, I have the most updated version of Storyline.
Hi David,
It looks like we've got two threads going, and as this one is more comprehensive about your situation I figured it best to reply there.
