I recently published in this URL http://scorm.alejandrolengua.com/minsur1/story_html5.html an old project developed in Articulate but everytime I try load it I only see a moving circle. Is there anyting I can do to fix this? I have 2 other projects with the same problem :(
The course appears right away when I click your link. I tried it in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, and it worked in all three browsers.
The fact that you've got a story_html5.html file tells me that you published from an older version of Storyline that still can use Flash.
Because Flash is no longer supported, more recent versions of Storyline only publish for HTML5.
This means the published files have a story.html file. But they don't have a story_html5.html file anymore.
It's possible that your browser has security settings that are preventing the course from launching, which might be related to publishing with the earlier version. So, first, ensure you have the latest version of Storyline. Then re-publish the course, reload the course on your website, and use the story.html file to launch.
