We are finding that audio triggered from buttons randomly doesn't play in HTML5 published output. There are 7 buttons - each triggering the same sound file. In Firefox all play except the seventh. In Chrome, every other button sound doesn't play. In Internet Explorer (latest) only the first plays. In Edge some play and some don't.

it was published for LMS. It was tested on local drives and on SCORM cloud.

Good news! We fixed the issue where the audio triggered from buttons didn't play in the HTML5 output in IE11.
