I have developed a quiz made up from different question banks, it only shows results when you view the flash version. When you view the HTML5 output it produces 0% results. is there anything i can do as I would also like to provide this quiz to mobile users too.
Hi Kenneth. I was able to reproduce what you were seeing in HMTL5 with your file. I'm sorry that behavior isn't consistent with the Flash output, especially since your mobile users will rely on the HTML5 output.
Our QA team is aware of an issue with an unknown score being sent to the LMS in HTML5 when quizzes are set to submit the answers all at once. I'm going to add your example to their report, and we'll be able to update you when we get further information about this issue.
In the meantime, enabling the submit button on each quiz slide should allow for the proper scoring to pass to the LMS.
Hi Crystal, I've run into the same issue with one of my courses. Have there been any updates on this issue since you posted your response 8 months ago?
Well I tried it on SL360, and it worked perfectly. never looked back...I believe there have beem a number of updates since then, but didnt try it out on SL2
Thanks for checking in! Are you using Storyline 2? If you're using the "submit all at once" feature, Storyline will communicate an unknown score status to the LMS in HTML5.
We’ll continue to keep an eye on it to evaluate how many customers are impacted and what impact it has on courses. The number of customers and depth of impact are two of the elements that help us prioritize bugs and fixes.
I'm using SL360, but the description you gave seems to match exactly what I'm seeing. In my tests on SCORM Cloud I'm getting 'unknown' scores in HTML5, and the debug log shows that the system isn't even attempting to write a score.
I've opened a support ticket and hopefully will hear back if they have any suggestions while the bug is officially fixed!
Thanks Amanda - do you have the case number? It would have been the start of the email subject line that'd you'd receive immediately after submitting a case.
Thanks, Amanda! I took a peek into your case, and it looks like Renato has filed this as a software bug. We'll be sure to let you know as soon as we get an update!

Here's some more detail about how we tackle bugs . I'm really sorry that I can't say if this issue will be fixed, but you're in the right place to stay updated on this bug's progress.
