Which LMS are you using? It's possible you're exceeding the suspend data limits. Have a look. You may also want to try testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
Hi Peter. I've also had the same issue with a course - it doesn't complete when resumed. I've tested on SCORM Cloud and it doesn't work there either. I've attached the test files I'm using.
Thanks for attaching the file. This is actually a known bug that the team has been able to identify and will hopefully be fixed in time for our next update. I don't have an exact date for that next update, but it should be fairly soon.
Really sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.

Hi Peter!
We're using our own LMS, but it also happens on Scorm Cloud.
Hi Christian!
I'm going to send you a private message in a few minutes. Please check your Heroes inbox. Thanks!
