I've an interesting question. Up until now, when publishing, we've always had the 'Include HTML5 output' box selected in the Publish options, even though we don't use mobile devices and the employee's browsers all have flash.
Could this cause any issues with the viewing/use of courses that are published through an LMS?
It shouldnt. If you include HTML5 as an option, your users will only see it if they're accessing from a device that doesn't have Flash (as that's the default). You'll see how Storyline determines this automatically here.
