upon navigating to a slide multi choice or multi answer slide occationally when the answers are shuffled/reshuffled two answers will be put in the same place causing gaps and one or more answer to overlap and becoming inaccessible. This only occurs on the HTML5 builds.
steps to recreate:
multiple quiz slides: multi choice or multi answer.
Shuffle answers turned on.
unlimited attempts
allow navigation between questions (next and previous button enabled)
I should also mention as it may be related that occasionally the HTML5 build will be completely corrupted on publish. The first slide will show then the next is just blank and there is nothing else. This is usually resolved with republishing.
Yes and I'll have to get back to you. It is published to a local drive however most of the testing is done locally or in a simulated environment. I'll have to double check in the live environment as I have not personally done so. Though it has been reported to me from team members as appearing there.

I should also point out when testing this it is very inconsistent only occurring about 1 in 10 runs.

Could you tell us where you're testing your HTML5 output? You'll want to confirm you're testing it in one of the supported browsers here.
I'm testing on the latest version of Chrome.
I meet and exceed all the specifications.

Are you publishing as described here to a local drive? And when you're testing the published output are you testing it within the intended environment as described here?
