html5 variable based triggers not working correctly

We are having an issue with slides not working correctly in HTML5 that work fine in the main story.html. Our system requires that we use html5 for delivering content, so we need assistance.

If you enter any answer in the boxes, the submit button stops working. It works fine in story.html. The button does work as long as you click it before changing either value from 0.

You are supposed to be able to drag the slider to different positions along the time line. View it in story.html so that you can see what should happen. In the html5 version, I can hover over the drag point, but as soon as I click it, I loose all ability to do anything on the dragging timeline.
