This was a known issue fixed in update 5 of Storyline, detailed here. Do you know what update of Storyline you're using? You can check by going to the Help tab and clicking on About Articulate Storyline and you'll see this message, although you're looking for it to say Update 5.
Thanks for the information. This is solved now however the another issue is not solved. In Audio script the screen title text, the blackcolour of the text is not showing in ipad and MAC. can we solve this issue?
You can modify the player colors as described here, and there is a quick reference guide available here. You'll be looking to modify the Transcript>heading_text.
Was there ever a solution to Sandeep's issue? This is the same problem I am experiencing. The Transcript>heading_text color is already set to black. The heading text displays fine on the desktop version. It's the html5 version on iPad that does not display the heading.
I do see that this issue was reported to our QA team a couple months ago, yet I don't have an update to share at this time. I'll add this thread to the existing report to be able to provide an update here as well.
