I have just published a Storyline that contains a slide with four buttons as hyperlinks to an online resource, but nothing happens when I click on them, please can anyone help?
If you preview a part of your course that contains hyperlink, you might find that the hyperlinks don't work as expected. To properly test hyperlinks, you'll need to publish your course and test the hyperlinks in your published output.
Assuming that you did, in fact, publish and the hyperlinks are still failing:
If you view published Storyline content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published as described in this article.
