I set a trigger «Jump to URL/File https://xxxxxxxx when the user click on Hotspot». When a check the link everthing is good, but when I publish (local) nothing happens. Furthermore, I have nothing in my folder External Files.

Are you testing it locally or within the intended environment as described here? Testing it locally could cause elements to not work as expected.

I tried locally, when I put on my LMS everything is good.
