I am trying to add a hyperlink to a module. I have tried to do it by adding a trigger, and then choosing a URL, and I have also tried the 'insert', 'hyperlink' route.. When I save the project and test it afterwards, the hyperlink won't work..
Are you testing only by running in Preview Mode? If so, URLs do not launch in this mode. You need to test the course in the environment you'll be delivering it.
I agree. I have gotten hyperlinks to work in the past but since the recent update I can't get mine to work. I have tried both as inserted in the text, as well as a separate button. Same issue, the link does nothing. (I am testing it in production.)
Hi, all: I was curious, given the above comments, so I gave it a shot. Once I placed my published course on a web server, my hyperlink works as it should.
In the past, I've had trouble with hyperlinked text placed within a bulletted list (I had to give the hyperlink its own text box). Just thought I'd mention it.
Seems like the URL just doesn't work if I publish for CD- it should be fine from an LMS.
I changed my flash settings though, like they recommended in this thread: http://community.articulate.com/forums/p/18295/170035.aspx, and I got it to work again (obviously only for my computer).

Here's where to report a case, if anyone needs that info. Best of luck with this. --Daniel

Thanks so much for the help everyone!
Thanks Victoria, the flash settings did it for me too!
