Hyperlinked text not clickable

Hi, we have had an external provider develop a Storyline course with multiple hyperlinks. The hyperlinks behave as expected (some are multiple hyperlinks in a single text box and some are a single hyperlink in a single text box) when previewed in Storyline. However, once published as a SCORM the text remains blue and underlined but the functionality to hover and click the hyperlinked text is no longer connected and appears in a small random part of the text box. I have also tested this in SCORM Cloud. Is this an issue with the way it has been hyperlinked or published? Thanks for your help.
