I'm having some issues when hyperlinking text to an internet page. I have successfully tested the link, but when I click on the text after publishing the course to the location where it will be saved, nothing happens. It's as if Storyline does not even recognize it is an actual link. However, when I add a trigger to a shape prompting it to go to that same internet page when clicked, it works! Any idea why shapes work but not text?
Sounds pretty unusual. When you say you've published the course to the location it will be saved, do you mean you've already uploaded it to your website or LMS, and tested it there? Testing hyperlinks locally is not a reliable method.
