Hyperlinks in Resources Tab Not Working

I am a new Articulate user. I built my first course with no problems (very intuitive software), however, now I am having issues with my hyperlinks not working. Once published, my hyperlinks in the resources tab do not work. My links are good- when I test them, they work but when I publish the file, they do not work. What the heck am I doing wrong here?

After publishing the course, have you had a chance to upload it to its intended environment yet? If you view published Storyline content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. Here's more about that, including a link to Tempshare, which is a great way to test your course online.
