I added hyperlinks to my content and I published to the web. When I click view project after it is published successfully, I cannot get the links to work. What am I doing wrong? I have uploaded the sample that I am working with. I think I only hyperlinked the second slide. This is only 3 slides long.
I assume you are testing the web-published content locally (on your harddrive). In that case, the links are blocked by your browser's security settings. Upload to some server (or an alternative like DropBox, GoogleDrive, tempShare, etc.) and test again. I'm sure tke links will work then.

To test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published.
