I am trying to publish a SCORM file, and I am unable to. The software is getting stuck on the "Encoding" phase and then nothing has been happening for over an hour. I have tried restarting my computer, and shutting down all other running apps, and nothing is working. What should I do?
Yes, I am working from my local drive, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software to try and fix the issue. The problem occurs when I insert an mp4 video on a single slide and try to package only the one slide with the video. It has been 20 minutes now and I have been stuck on the "encoding" phase.

Are you working from your local drive? Sometimes working from a network, USB or external drive can cause issues.

have you tried test publishing another video? If you get the same issue I would log a support ticket with Articulate.
