I can't find the State option! Dec 18, 2015 By Mandaly Clelments Hello, I am new to Storyline and would like to change the expression and pose of the characters using States but I can't seem to find the option to create a new State. All I can see on my screen are Timelines and Notes. How do I get to the states? Thanks, Mandy
