I can't get the Layers Panel to open up enough to see/work with the layers Jan 19, 2016 By Trish Brown layers panel doesn't work

See this tutorial for details. I'm not sure if you were trying to attach an image here, but I'm not able to see it. If you need us to take a look, please share your .story file for us to take a look.
