Hello everybody, i´m trying storyline new version, but i can not insert a character, anybody knows what happens, i click on INSERT>>CHARACTER>>ILLUSTRATED, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS.
Next, you mentioned you're using the new version (I assume update 4), but it's possible something occurred during your install and you may want to conduct the repair of Storyline.

First, I'd check that your working a local project file as working on a network or USB drive could cause odd behavior.
