I've tried to complete the form to open a support case and there is no button to submit after entering the Are you human question. How does one submit a case to support for review?
I'm not sure why the button would not appear for you, but I opened up a case on your behalf so you'll be hearing from someone on our team shortly. Also, you're always welcome to post those questions here in the forums as well and the community and staff will assist.
