I have been trying for days to be able to get this project to preview so that I can ensure the flow functions properly. Is anyone having the spinning wheel of death on their preview screen?
In the Slide Draw of the Question Bank, all of the questions have "Include in Shuffle" set to "Never." I think that's the problem. When I change the setting for any (or all) of the questions, I can then preview the scene.
Change the Include in Shuffle setting for each question to "Always" but leave the "Draw questions randomly" checkbox unchecked (as you have it currently).
I am glad Steve's suggestions helped you get your project to work as expected!

If we want the answers to stay static is there another way to make them not shuffle?
