I have just downloaded the free trial of Storyline and am trying to preview my slide. I just get a blank window. Is this a flash issue? If the response is to update my flash I already have but I have to keep in mind that I am creating in Storyline to deliver to high school students, using Moodle, who all have computers that are on deepfreeze and cannot update flash when needed. Can any one suggest what I might be doing wrong from my end in terms of a preview and will my students not being able to update software at will be an issue for viewing the content?
If they don't have Flash installed at all or within their browser you'll want to ensure you publish for HTML5 and encourage them to utilize one of the supported browsers in this article.

I have done that, now what I am wondering is if my students are on a computer where Flash cannot be updated will they not be able to see what I share?
Actually, that last issue only effected Preview, not published content. So, there should not be an issue.
