Some browsers are requiring interaction with the content before media will automatically play. Since there is audio on the first slide, I expect to see a play button that Storyline 360 adds when launching the course. After clicking play, you would see your content play, including audio, as designed.
That course appears to have been made with an earlier version of Storyline 360. Do you still have the source .story file? If so, please publish it again with the latest version of Storyline 360.
