I mucked up my Master Slides?

Aug 17, 2020

I opened an old .story on a new computer. It told me I didn't have 2 certain fonts installed. I closed up and got those fonts. Then I opened it back up and it turns out it had already gone ahead and changed my Blue Highway to Verdana. And the 'Bevan' did NOT look right.

So I rolled up my sleeves and dug into my Master Slides to reformat. I'm most of the way through. Then suddenly, I'm selecting the wrongly fonted, selecting the correct 'Blue Highway' and it doesn't look like 'Blue Highway'! I mouseover/select other fonts and they look fine, but select Blue Highway and it looks like Calabri. Here's a quick see what i mean??

my blue highway font is not turning in to the font , even though the font change say it is.

I'm trying to avoid having to create a new placeholder text , because if I delete the offending one, will the text that is using that placeholder going to be picked up with the _new_ placeholder?

Is there anything I can do? Without breaking too much and having to start over.

Thanks guys!

Alison

The font theme didn't pick up everything (but THANK YOU for taking the time to do that!!). I found that the new'ish TEXT STYLES . Just make the Normal Text = Blue Highway. It was a little rough, but it also got me considering if this portfolio piece was way too much (it totally was).

SIDE NOTE: Anyone else scrambling to make sure they're portfolio pieces are working the same way in HTML5 output before *ominous music* THE END (of Flash).
