Hey John!

Can you please confirm that you're working locally?

1.  Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.

2. You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).

3.  Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names.

You may also want to try a quick repair of your software.

Let us know if that helps...

Thanks for asking, Bruce. We actually fixed most non-English issues with Update 2, but one of the remaining ones is if the published title of your Storyline course includes non-English characters, you may find that they display incorrectly in your LMS.

And if non-English characters are missing or incorrect in your published Storyline content, this article has some general advice.

We don't really have any specific documentation for non-English file names, but of course would be interested in learning more about any reproducible issue.
