Does anyone happen to know what we could do if a customer only works with Storyline 2, and I upgraded to Storyline 3. Would publishing in Storyline 3 work with version 2? Or is there a way to get a license for 2 since I already paid?
Storyline 2 projects can be upgraded to Storyline 3, but Storyline 3 projects can’t be opened or edited with Storyline 2.
You mention upgrading to Storyline 3. Did you previously have a license for Storyline 2 as that license would still be valid. You can work with our sales team here if needed.
