how do i put in an item in the middle of the timeline ? I need the rest of the course move to the left about five seconds so the rest need to follow after my input s o s. I guess there is an easy way to do this without needing to move every item in the rest of the course manuelle. But i cant find out how! Thank you in advance

Are you looking to change a file you've already published, or are you able to make these edits to the .story file?
I'm not sure on your course set up, could you share some screenshots or the .story file with us? Then I can point you in the right direction!
