I've lost my photographic characters in Storyline 3

My colleagues and I work with Storyline 3. We were just issued new computers and now all but one of the photographic characters are gone. We still have all the illustrated characters. Our group purchased a package of characters about five years ago when we had Storyline 2. The person who made the purchase is no longer with our company, so we don't know how to retrieve our characters.
