...I have a lot of clients and client work that uses Storyline. If I upgrade to Storyline 2, will Storyline 1 be uninstalled? Can I run Storyline 1 and Storyline 2 on the same licensed computer?
Are there other best practices? It's not only the application. Storyline 1 has it's directories where it pulls the templates from. Are these the same as in Storyline 2?
So what's recommended? installing them next to each other and then deinstalling SL1? Or always deinstall the previous version.

Yes, you can run both versions on the same PC.
