I would like to know more about customer support

Oct 22, 2015

Hello, I don't have an Articulate product, but I am I Adobe Captivate Client.

However I am interested to know more about Articulate customer support because I'm having some problems with Captivate and their support is just nonexistent. In the forum no one answers, the live chat doesn't work and the provided phone number is not available for my country.

So, besides the discussion forum, which other customer support means there are in Articulate? Thank you.

Hi Brigida,

The forum support is here and provided by other community members with staff such as myself who keep an eye on things and also offer assistance for the things we support here.

We don't offer phone support - but you can always connect with our support engineers here and they're available 24/7.  If you elect to have Platinum support you can also connect with our team via live chat and you can read more about all the benefits of that level of support here.

Lastly, we do offer a live phone conference option which is described further here. There is a cost associated with the web conference to assist with issues, but if the incident is determined to be an Articulate Software bug, you'll be refunded the single incident charges.

I think that covers all the options and if you'd like to discuss your needs and set up further, I'd encourage you to connect with our Success team here. They can answer any specific questions you may have about how this support works.

I also hope that folks here in the community will chime in and share their experience on Articulate Support!

Since I've been using Articulate, I've found that the support available through this forum to be absolutely top notch. Often I can review past articles and find the answer to my questions without the need to wait for a reply. When I do post a question, the responses are fast, friendly and helpful.

I for one want the thank Articulate for providing such an easy to use support forum. Well done Articulate!

Thanks,

Dave
