Icon displayed for Resources/Attachments Oct 10, 2013 By Tom Dorsey I have a storyline program with jpg resources attached. My program has fireworks installed which is the default program for view jpgs. After i published the storyline file and upload it to my site, the icon displayed under resources for each attachment is a fireworks icon. The issue - customers who take the course may become confused by the FW icon next to the link. Any thoughts? Tom

When viewing your published course, are you unable to open the jpg images?

Tom Dorsey Author over 10 years ago10/11/13 at 6:02 pm (UTC) it's a jpg - believe the issue is that on my pc, jpg are default to open with fireworks . I believe the solutions are then to convert all attachments to PDF (not a bad idea) or change the default program to open JPGS to something different. Tom
