Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this connectivity issue as well.

As Elizabeth mentioned, it might be a connection issue between your system and our servers. If you have a firewall or security software installed, this list will help you identify which domains need to be whitelisted to allow Articulate 360 apps to work properly. Ask your network admin to open port 443 and whitelist the domains in this article: Articulate 360 Network Endpoints.
