Unable to insert or view icons from Storyline Content Library. Icons are not loading. Internet access, photos, illustrations, and videos load and will import properly.
We are facing this problem with all licenses within our team.

As Elizabeth mentioned, it might be a connection issue between your system and our servers. If you have a firewall or security software installed, this list will help you identify which domains need to be allowed to allow Articulate 360 apps to work properly. Ask your network admin to open port 443 and allowlist the domains in this article: Articulate 360 Network Endpoints.

Are these items you've added to a Powerpoint file, from Content Library? Or singular items and images you had on your computer that aren't appearing once imported into Storyline?
If you're able to share a copy of the PPT file, we're also happy to take a look and do some testing around that!
