IE 11 won't show the results (report.html)

I have published a course in Articulate Storyline 2 for web. My customer has no LMS. He just wants his learners to open and do the course in Internet Explorer 11.
At the end the learner can print his results (the report.html file). Problem is: This does not work with IE 11! IE 11 opens the report.html file in a new tab, but shows no content at all. I haven't changed or manipulated the report.html file. Everything works pefectly with Mozilla Firefox, but unfortunately my customer insists on IE 11.
I am quite desperate, because my customer expects me to deliver the course within the next days. Can anybody help me? What can I do to make IE 11 show the results in a new tab?

Hi Lea,
Are you publishing for web than? You'll want to make sure that you've loaded the published output up to a web server to test it, as testing it locally could cause elements of the content to not work as expected. You can read more about this here including a few sites in which you could test.
