I have an HTML page with several iframes, embedding different Storyline publications each. Every time I go to that page using IE (any version,) the page scrolls automatically down to the last iframe containing a Storyline object.
Has anybody experienced this issue? It only happens with IE. All other browsers work fine, start at the top of the page as expected.

I believe this may be the issue you're running into with Internet Explorer:
