I have a client who is unable to see Articulate 360 projects punblished in html5.flash fallback in IE11 run from their server. For other reasons they have their IE browsers set to Compatability Mode for their own server. Is this a known thing?

Our output doesn't check if it's forced into compatibility mode by the browser, as long as the browser can play HTML5 it'll be loaded first. If that HTML5 support in the browser isn't up to par with the browsers in our supported list, it'll still play but may have issues with playback.
