IE11 - course playback issue

Hello,

We are using the Cornerstone LMS and we have had a single user reporting an issue with the course playback using IE11. When they play the course in IE11 they are getting distorted text. The course plays correctly in Chrome.

The course was created in Storyline 360 and was published as HTML 5. Does anyone know what is causing this issue and if there is a fix for it?

If the fonts are displaying correctly in Chrome, then it's definitely not mime types on the server, which would leave only the browser settings.

We've been experiencing this same issue in brainshark and workday LMS intermittently. It's not browser settings for us, and it's not a mime type issue, but we're seeing it when we use fonts other than open sans.

We've seen this same issue with both calibri and century gothic.
