iexplore.exe SysFader error
Nov 09, 2012
I am starting to get reports of users experiencing iexplorer.exe SysFader errors on our LMS, SAP LSO.
This is only happening with Storyline packages and not Articulate, Captivate, Atlantic link or Lectora courses.
I have seen fixes where a user can change the Transition effects settings within IE, but some of my users PC's are locked down so they cannot change the settings.
Before I have to ask IT to make changes to a block of users, has anyone else had this and found a work round?

Hi Tony,
Haven't seen that one before. Would you like us to try and replicate it to see if there's anything we can do to help? If so, we'd be happy to take a closer look at it. Please submit a case, including your .story file, using this link so our support team can assist you further.
Thanks!
