Iframe usage on IPAD
Dec 01, 2014
Hellu all
I have a small issue I am trying to solve and hope someone can help me out :)
The university have setup a new mediaserver where they are dumping all the movies I am using in my e-learning courses.
When I need a video I use the iframe code below to get the movies I want into Aritculate via the insert- Insert video from website.
Code:
<iframe width="560" height="315" scrolling="no" src="http://www.med.uio.no/studier/ressurser/elaring/mediearkiv/fag/atferdsfag/ida_15_film1.mp4?vrtx=video-embed" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen=""> </iframe>
this works perfectly fine on a PC. But when I view the same course on the Ipad it doesent seem to work. Now, I am no html coding brainsurgeon so I was wondering if anyone have a solution for me?
Course example: http://meddev.uio.no/elaring/fag/atferdsfag/klinkom_0112/
If you open this on an ipad the movies are in the menu
- Modul 1 - Undervisning - Tillit (Purple button with the text "Se film)

Insert video adds a flash wrapper to the video this cannot be viewed on an iPad you must either download the video or insert as a webobjects
