We use IIS Smooth Streaming to encode our video content and control the bandwidth utilization. As the server admin, I'm not too familiar with Articulate and it's interface but if there's a better way to stream content, I'm open to it. Has anyone used IIS Smooth Streaming with it? Any opinions? I know Articulate says it will stream MP4 files but I'm sure it won't give us the same level of control we have with IIS, right?
