I am using the modern illustrated characters, and everything worked at first. But if I try to change the expression or insert a new character, it comes in tiny, but the shape outline is much bigger.
Can't figure out what happened or how to fix. Please see the attached image.
I tried it in an empty file with no template, and it did the same thing. However, it is working today, so I think a reboot (or several) must have fixed it.
Is there no way to insert partial body shots? I think Storyline 2 allowed this.

Well Amy, that is certainly odd. Would you be able to share your .story file for us to take a look?
Is this something you are consistently able to reproduce in any file?

Hi Amy!
In Storyline 360, you can use the Crop tool to resize your character to the exact dimensions you need.
