Illustrations are not showing

Morning Articulate! Illustrations are NOT showing in Storyline this morning. I am seeing all other choices, just no illustrations.

Good morning to you as well!

Did you happen to connect to another network? This usually happens when you connect to a secure network that might be blocking Articulate 360 services and prevent your apps and its features from working properly. To resolve this,  the network endpoints for Articulate 360 need to be whitelisted in the network where you are connected. You can refer to this guide for more information about this.
