Did you happen to connect to another network? This usually happens when you connect to a secure network that might be blocking Articulate 360 services and prevent your apps and its features from working properly. To resolve this, the network endpoints for Articulate 360 need to be whitelisted in the network where you are connected. You can refer to this guide for more information about this.
You can also take a look at a similar discussion I found.
This KB article shows how to whitelist sites in a browser, but I'd also send the Endpoint list above to my IT department if connected to the network or VPN. Hope that helps!
Good morning, I too am not seeing a lot of illustrations when I search. Getting the exclamation point in a triangle. I am on a home network with no restrictions on my content. Was working previously just fine.
I am also not seeing a lot of illustrations when I search, getting the same exclamation in a triangle. I am also on a home network with no restrictions. Can anyone please help.
Hi - I just tested and am experiencing this as well, on multiple machines. Earlier this morning, a search for "dog" returned multiple illustrations, but "company" did not. I just tested again and now see the triangle exclamation point for "dog" options.
Thanks for letting us know you're still running into issues downloading certain illustrations, and good call on opening a case as well.
I see you've been in contact with my teammate, Georvy, and we've have this recorded as a bug we're looking into. We'll be sure to update you with any news of a fix!

This one too.
I hope this helps.
Hi Carla, I'd check to see if the network endpoints listed here are enabled\whitelisted.

If it was working fine before, have you guys tried re-installing Storyline? That might help.

Carla - If you haven't already, I'd suggest opening a support case at articulatecase.com. Hopefully we can all get this resolved :)
Done! Hope they can find a solution!
Actually, I just checked and I'm seeing Illustrations now on both of my machines. Maybe the issue has been resolved?
