Hi! When I attempt to search for an illustration in Content Library 360, the illustrations fail to load properly and cannot be inserted into a slide (see attached screenshot). Any suggestions for troubleshooting this issue?
It could be that one of the domains necessary for connecting to Content Library 360 is blocked in your network. With the help of your IT team, you may need to allowlist these websites to access Content Library 360 and all the resources included with your Articulate 360 subscription.
